Technology plays an important role in the works I create. It is present both in the works themselves and used heavily in their creation. My relationship with technology has always been one of "give" and "take". Technology provides me with information, entertainment, and ease of use for certain complex tasks. Meanwhile, I offer it my time and energy in exchange for its services, keeping in mind the delicate balance that must be upheld.

The relationship between human beings and technology is a powerful one. It is something that should be celebrated, not shunned. Nowadays we grow side by side with electronic companions which, for the most part, improve our day to day lives. We consume content by the gigabyte, a constant stream of information surrounds us. However, like most things, there is a limit to how much time we should spend solely with technology. Eventually fatigue will set in, and one should have the proper avenues of support to assist them if it does. Lest they risk being lost in darkness.
